Today's theme is the wacky tie dye!!

How much do you know about tie dye? I bet you didn't know this! The technique of tie-dye is actually much older than the hippie period of the 1970s. It dates all the way back to 4000 B.C.E!

What does computer science have to do with tie dye you ask? Some mechanical engineering students are making a robot that can create tie-dye! That's crazy considering how inept robots are usually at anything artistic. Read more about this project here.
